a cavernous compartment behind a full frontal, open document pouch...
and twin front pleated pockets (with aide-mémoire tagging on one cover flap).
Solid backing: in the rear a quick-access kangaroo pouch (for check-in cards, newspapers and brochures) is supported by ...
a full zippered pocket for passport and personal papers.
(Pocket flaps are held closed by notched, adjustable leather tags coupling to brass collar studs - traditional, simple and secure)

 

Fully lined in linen, the bag has three dividers - one of which doubles as a 'trap-door' for safely stacking items.
(Padding? 7mm in the front, base and rear panels, and 4mm in the sides)

The encore?
The broad shoulder-strap passes around underneath the bag, 'hammock-fashion', providing coupling points for any of the FOGG pouches.
(Removing the shoulder-strap - with its leather pad - converts the bag to pure brief-case.)
